Children's Services - Home Based Intervention
Children’s home based services include the Infant/Toddler program and three variations of Family Education and Support. The purpose of these programs is to provide intervention services within the family’s home. The services are designed to enhance the development of a child who is experiencing difficulties as well as promote the family’s independence. These services can include, but are not limited to: developmental and functional assessment along with ideas to address any deficiencies, parent education, assistance in locating resources and supports identified by the family as needs and as a supplement to services provided by school districts under IDEA for those children in school. Referrals for all programs can be made by family members or (with the permission of the family) any other professionals involved with the child and/or family. The programs differ in three basic categories: eligibility criteria, age, and immediacy of program placement. Please click on the links below for more specific information.

Child Find Screenings
Early Childhood Screenings are completed in collaboration with local school districts, regional Cooperatives, Headstart and Early Headstart to identify and refer children from birth to age three who may have a condition that interferes with growth, development and/or learning. Check out our Calendar of Events to see if there is a screening scheduled in your area.

Adult Services
Community Support Services provides supports in daily living skills/employment for adults with disabilities. Supports are provided in group home, apartment living, family homes and individually owned homes. Supports are individually designed to meet the individual's choice and preferences. Our system is established around a quality improvement process that is evident based on consistent approaches to quality management and person centered planning. Our focus is based on an emphasis of individual empowerment and quality outcomes that demonstrate cost effectiveness and improved satisfaction.
